Instructions to make Pumpkin Fritter:
Pumpkin (small one) 1
Salt a little
Pepper a little
Eggs 2
Flour
Vegetable Oil
Ingredients for sauce:
Soy sauce 2 large spoons
Water 1 large spoon
Vinegar 1 large spoon
Ground pine nuts 1/2 small spoon
Instructions to make Pumpkin Fritter
1.Slice the pumpkin into round 0.5cm width slices and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
2. Dust the pumpkin with flour and then through the beaten eggs.
Put oil on a hot frying pan and cook until both sides are dark yellow.
3. Mix all the ingredientes for the sauce and in a separate small bowl.
